We have built many small to medium web based applications for a variety of uses. Typically, we utilize rapid development methodologies that incorporate an iterative development approach. Our experience has shown that for smaller applications, budget and time constraints are a key driver and incorporating user feedback earlier into the development phase helps with user acceptance.

We have worked extensively in the post-secondary sector over the past decade on a number of IT projects. We also have worked in a wide range of other sectors such as High-Tech (Gaming and Retail), Transportation, Waste Management, Financial Services, and Public Utilities.

Systems development though is not solely based on technical competence. At the heart of the development process is communication and client service: we strive to be adaptable to work within existing the existing business culture of the organization. We find that this approach helps to empower both users and stakeholders to take system ownership yielding positive results.
